Legal proceedings against TIWAG for unlawful price increases won with final judgement

The electricity price increases imposed by TIWAG (TIWAG-Tiroler Wasserkraft AG) in 2022 and 2023 are unlawful. This has now been confirmed by the courts in a final ruling . Many customers are therefore entitled to a refund. Please note: these claims are subject to a limitation period.
